AI workflow automation for Washington operations teams

Pixel & Processor is based in Washington state. We embed with operations teams to map real work, improve existing systems, and use AI only where ambiguity calls for it.

Book a workflow triage

Operations software

Start with the bottleneck, not the technology

Re-keyed data

Information moving manually among email, PDFs, spreadsheets, and business systems.

Hidden handoffs

Approvals and dependencies that live in inboxes or depend on one operator’s knowledge.

Fragile prototypes

AI demonstrations that do not handle representative cases and real exceptions.

Reconciliation work

Finance and operations workflows with repeated comparison, correction, and reporting.

Selective automation

Software, AI, and human judgment each have a place

We use deterministic code for rules, validation, integrations, and state transitions. Models fit genuinely ambiguous classification, extraction, drafting, or judgment. Human approval stays where risk, uncertainty, or an irreversible action calls for it.

The system is tested with representative cases, known failure modes, acceptance criteria, escalation rules, logs, and rollback before autonomy increases. The default is to integrate with the tools already in place before recommending a migration.

How to start

Workflow Opportunity Sprint

The one-to-two-week Sprint maps the current workflow and exceptions, establishes a baseline, prioritizes opportunities, defines the system and human boundary, and scopes one production pilot. It is priced from $3,000, with no obligation to implement.

Proof of build

Vibe Ledger

Our current build evidence is Vibe Ledger, a production system with double-entry accounting, bank and document ingestion, Plaid integration, crypto tax-lot accounting, mining operations reporting, and financial reporting.
